Dr. Jason Fiege, CEO and Founder of nQube, is the Chief Inventor behind Reel AI and all of its modules. With 23 years of experience creating AI systems, he pioneered the use of AI in the gaming industry in 2016. His expertise spans optimization, segmentation, forecasting, and explainable AI, ensuring clarity behind every recommendation. In addition to leading nQube, Dr. Fiege is also an Associate Professor of Astrophysics at the University of Manitoba.

Dr. Anastasia (Stasi) Baran, Co-founder and COO of nQube, has been implementing AI in gaming since 2016. She has played a critical role in developing AI-driven slot floor optimization and player segmentation, combining her expertise in data modeling with a deep interest in gaming. Holding a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an M.Sc. in Astrophysics, she brings a unique blend of technical and industry knowledge that drives innovation in nQube’s AI technology for casinos.
